Baxtre is a modular treasury management system that is specifically designed for corporate users with a small treasury (1-5 staff). Baxtre is designed to support a wide range of activities with a minimum of effort. Baxtre uses standardized procedures, based on generally accepted best practices and backed by more than 20 years of experience in corporate treasury management.

Baxtre is available in different system versions. A Global Baxtre can be operated as a web based treasury system, supporting not only a Central Treasury, but also all subsidiaries and/or regional treasuries of a Group worldwide. The other system versions (Corporate single- and multi-user), while having the same functional capabilities, differ in providing more limited levels of accessibility.
A typical implementation project does not take more than an amazing 3-4 weeks, leading to a fully operational central system. This does not include any additional projects (like input of historical data), that may or may not be required. All implementations are executed by the Baxtre Competence Centre and include all IT issues, set-up and start-up of the system according to agreed specifications, training of staff and all relevant functional support.
The license contract provides for a unique fee structure, as the entire license fee can be used as a credit to pay for all functional implementation costs and all functional support services of Florin Partners and its Baxtre Competence Centre in the three years following implementation. This allows for low operating cost of the system ánd your treasury. Obviously, this feature makes Baxtre the favorite system for small treasuries, as supplementary services are regularly needed, but budgets for such services usualy are low. Remaining operating costs of Baxtre, apart from internal costs, are the yearly technical maintenance fees.
